The cost and what we need to get you started
Step 1: Pre-Qualification - To do a quick Pre-Qualify we will need:
- Owner Name
- Property address
- Income Documentation (last 2 year's W-2, pay stubs for last 2 months)
- If self employed (1099, last 2 year's tax return)
- Most recent Mortgage Statement(s) with balance owed
- Property tax statement
- Hazard Insurance declaration (if not paid through Mortgage Company)
- Homeowner's Association statement if applicable
Step 2: Documentations - Once Pre-Qualified you will be asked to provide the following additional documents to start the process and the first step in getting you closer to the relief you need.
- Copy of original mortgage note(s)
- Copy of last 3 months bank statements. If self employed last 12 months
- Copy of Social Security Card
- Copy of Driver's License
- Profit and Loss for current year if self-employed
- Any Rental Income with rental agreements
- All lender correspondence if in default
- An application will be provided and will need to be filled out
If you qualify for this program and wish to proceed there is a one time initial fee of $1595.00 to cover the costs of 2 credit checks, 3 appraisals, 2 title insurance o&e policies, document preparation and processing etc.
If we are not able to reduce your principal with in 180 days, we will refund your fee.
